📍 Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
🏢 Work Model: Work From Office
⏰ Shift Timings: 8:00 AM IST to 6:30 PM IST
💼 Job Type: Full-Time
💰 Salary Package: ₹2.6 LPA – ₹5 LPA
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
✅ Qualification: Graduation / Post-Graduation
✅ Experience: Freshers to 1 year of experience
✅ Experience in an International Voice Process is preferred
✅ Good verbal and written communication skills
✅ Willingness to work in US shifts
✅ Ability to complete mandatory training and certification
💻 Job Responsibilities
🔹 Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
🔹 Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
🔹 Verify customer details securely.
🔹 Update customer records in the system.
🔹 Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
