We are hiring enthusiastic candidates for Client Support – US Tax Return Services. The role involves assisting US-based clients, handling queries, and supporting tax return documentation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with US clients.
- Assist with US tax return queries and documentation.
- Follow up on pending documents and missing information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues.
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM.
Required Skills:
- Good English communication skills.
- Customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- US taxation knowledge is an added advantage.
