Interior Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Interior Site Supervisor to manage and supervise interior project execution at client sites. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating workers and vendors, monitoring daily site activities, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining project timelines, and providing regular updates to the management and client.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day interior work at project sites.
• Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, gypsum workers, false-ceiling teams, flooring teams, and other vendors.
• Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings, designs, measurements, and specifications.
• Verify site measurements before starting production or installation.
• Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship.
• Ensure work is completed according to the project schedule.
• Coordinate material requirements and inform the project team in advance to avoid delays.
• Maintain proper records of materials received, used, and pending at the site.
• Conduct regular quality checks during execution.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with designers/project managers for solutions.
• Ensure proper installation of modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, beds, furniture, wall panels, ceilings, electrical works, and other interior elements.
• Monitor vendor and labour attendance and productivity.
• Prepare and share daily site progress reports with photographs/videos.
• Update management regarding completed work, pending work, delays, and site requirements.
• Coordinate with clients regarding site access, work schedules, and approved changes.
• Ensure proper protection of completed furniture, flooring, walls, glass, and other finished items.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the site.
• Ensure workers follow basic safety procedures while working on site.
• Prepare snag lists before project handover and ensure all pending works are completed.
• Support final inspection and project handover to the client.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of interior execution and site supervision.
• Understanding of interior drawings, measurements, and layouts.
• Knowledge of carpentry, modular furniture, electrical, plumbing, painting, gypsum, ceiling, flooring, and installation works.
• Ability to manage labour and multiple vendors.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Problem-solving ability at the site.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp reporting, and documentation.
• Ability to read& Prepare 2D drawings; basic understanding of AutoCAD drawings& Prepare AutoCAD Drawings is preferred.
• Knowledge to prepare a 3D drawings
• Strong attention to quality and finishing.

Qualification:

Education: B.Tech / Civil Engineering / Interior Design or relevant qualification preferred.

Experience: 3–5 years of experience in interior site supervision, residential interiors, modular furniture, or turnkey interior projects preferred.

• Candidate RequirementsTwo-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Willingness to travel between project sites in Hyderabad.
• Ability to handle multiple sites when required.
• Should be punctual, responsible, and capable of working independently.
• Should communicate professionally with clients, vendors, workers, designers, and management.

Daily Reporting :

The Site Supervisor should provide daily updates including:

• Work completed today
• Work currently in progress
• Labour/vendor attendance
• Materials received
• Materials required
• Pending works
• Site issues or design clarifications
• Photos/videos of site progress
• Plan for the next working day
