About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Telecallers who will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, including key decision-makers within organizations, to introduce our services and generate business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•Make outbound calls to prospective clients and connect with decision-makers (CXOs, Founders, Finance Heads, etc.)

•Present company services effectively and build interest among potential clients

•Generate and qualify leads for the business development team

•Maintain regular follow-ups and nurture client relationships

•Maintain accurate records of calls, discussions, and pipeline updates

•Coordinate with internal teams for seamless conversion of leads

Eligibility Criteria

•Educational background in Commerce or related field (preferred)

•Prior experience in telecalling, B2B sales, or client handling roles is an advantage

Skills Required

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities

•Confidence in speaking with senior-level professionals/decision-makers

•Good listening and problem-solving skills

•Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools

Language Requirements

Telugu, English, Hindi
