Job Description

Manage recruitment for warehouse roles such as pickers, packers, loaders, supervisors, forklift operators, inventory associates, and shift coordinators.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and local hiring drives.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.

Coordinate interviews with warehouse managers and department heads.

Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Organize walk-in drives, job fairs, and bulk hiring events.

Verify candidate documents and conduct background checks as per company policy.

Coordinate onboarding activities, including offer letters, joining formalities, and induction programs.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company hiring policies.

Build talent pipelines for future warehouse staffing needs
