Job Description

Source qualified candidates through various channels, including job portals (Naukri, Indeed), LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.

Screen resumes, conduct preliminary phone interviews, and assess candidate suitability, skills, and salary expectations.

Coordinate and schedule interview rounds between candidates and hiring managers.

Manage end-to-end candidate communication, provide status updates, and facilitate the offer and onboarding process.

Maintain recruitment trackers, pipeline databases, and talent pools for ongoing and future hiring requirements.
