Job Description
HR Recruiter – Warehouse Staffing
- Manage recruitment for warehouse roles such as pickers, packers, loaders, supervisors, forklift operators, inventory associates, and shift coordinators.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and local hiring drives.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with warehouse managers and department heads.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Organize walk-in drives, job fairs, and bulk hiring events.
- Verify candidate documents and conduct background checks as per company policy.
- Coordinate onboarding activities, including offer letters, joining formalities, and induction programs.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company hiring policies.
Build talent pipelines for future warehouse staffing needs.
