Job Description

  • Job ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.
  • Coordinate interviews with technical managers and department heads.
  • Manage employee attendance, leave records, and biometric systems.
  • Prepare monthly payroll inputs, salary statements, and payslips.
  • Maintain employee personal files, appointment letters, offer letters, and other HR documentation.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
  • Track probation periods, employee performance, and training requirements.
  • Assist with PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS coordination, and other statutory compliance through the relevant consultants.
  • Manage office administration, employee records, and HR reports.
  • Support employee engagement and workplace discipline.
