- Job Description – Home Loan ExecutiveJob Title: Home Loan Sales Executive / OfficerDepartment: Sales – Home LoansIndustry: Banking / NBFC / Financial ServicesExperience: 0–5 years (depending on the role)Employment Type: Full-timeJob SummaryWe are looking for a motivated Home Loan Executive to generate home loan business, acquire new customers, build relationships with builders and real estate agents, and assist customers throughout the home loan application and approval process.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads for home loans through direct sales, references, builders, and real estate agents.Meet prospective customers and understand their home loan requirements.Explain loan products, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.Collect and verify customer documents, including KYC, income proof, and property documents.Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams for loan processing.Follow up with customers until loan sanction and disbursement.Develop and maintain relationships with builders, DSAs, channel partners, and property dealers.Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.Maintain accurate sales reports and update the lead management system.Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any discipline; finance or business-related qualifications are preferred.Experience in home loans, mortgage loans, LAP, or banking sales is an advantage.Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.Basic knowledge of loan documentation and banking products.Willingness to travel locally for customer and partner meetings.Key SkillsSales and lead generationCustomer relationship managementLoan documentation and processingNegotiation and communicationTarget achievementCoordination and follow-upCompensationSalary, incentives, and benefits will depend on experience, company policy, and performance.Work Location: As per company requirement.Common Home Loan Job RolesHome Loan Sales Executive: Customer acquisition and sales targets.
