Job Summary

We are looking for a Home Appliances & Electrical Skills Trainer with practical knowledge of electrical systems, home appliances, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance. The role involves training graduate students through hands-on demonstrations, practical sessions, and easy-to-understand technical concepts to help them develop industry-ready skills. Candidates from electrical, electronics, appliance servicing, refrigeration, mechanical, or related backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct practical and classroom-based training on home appliances, electrical systems, and basic electronics.
• Demonstrate the working, operation, installation, servicing, and maintenance of common household appliances.
• Train students in troubleshooting and repairing appliances such as washing machines, refrigerators, microwave ovens, mixers, fans, irons, water heaters, and other electrical equipment.
• Explain basic concepts of wiring, circuits, motors, switches, relays, sensors, heating elements, compressors, and electrical components.
• Provide hands-on practice using appropriate tools, testing equipment, and repair techniques.
• Teach students how to identify electrical, mechanical, and functional faults and determine suitable repair solutions.
• Ensure students follow proper electrical safety, tool-handling, and workplace safety practices.
• Conduct practical assessments, assignments, demonstrations, and skill evaluations.
• Guide students in developing the technical and troubleshooting skills required for appliance service and maintenance jobs.
• Maintain attendance, assessment records, training reports, and other program-related documentation.
• Follow the prescribed training curriculum and support overall skill development objectives.
