Graphic Designer

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can create engaging visual content for digital, social media, print, and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, typography, colors, layouts, and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative posts, banners, advertisements, brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.

- Create engaging designs for Instagram, Facebook, websites, and other digital platforms.

- Develop creatives for marketing campaigns, festivals, product launches, and promotions.

- Design print-ready artwork for brochures, standees, posters, packaging, and other offline requirements.

- Maintain brand guidelines, including colors, fonts, layouts, and visual consistency.

- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand creative requirements.

- Create multiple design variations based on campaign requirements and feedback.

- Ensure all final creatives are properly sized and optimized for their respective platforms.

- Stay updated with current design trends and creative styles.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Graphic Design principles

- Good understanding of Typography, Color Theory, Composition & Layout

- Creative thinking and attention to detail

- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to convert ideas/briefs into visually appealing creatives

Tool Expertise

- CorelDRAW (CDR) – Advanced

- Adobe Photoshop – Advanced

- Adobe Creative Suite – Working knowledge

- Canva – Advanced

- Experience with other Adobe tools such as Illustrator/InDesign will be an added advantage.

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design is preferred.

Qualification

Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
