Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, confident, responsible, and well-organised Front Desk Manager to join our music academy.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the front desk and daily enquiries
• Handle calls and WhatsApp messages
• Coordinate class schedules and student registrations
• Maintain student attendance and basic records
• Communicate with parents and students professionally
• Handle basic fee collection and administrative work
• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the academy
Requirements:
Good communication skills
English & Telugu – Compulsory
Hindi – Added advantage
Basic computer knowledge
Well-organised and punctual
Friendly and presentable personality
Prior front desk/administrative experience preferred
Experience in a school, music academy, or educational institute is a plus
