Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in the Solar Energy sector. In this role, you will be responsible for on-ground sales, generating new leads, and pitching our solar products and solutions to potential customers. Whether you are a fresher looking to start your career in sales or an experienced professional, if you have a drive for sales, we want you!
- Key ResponsibilitiesConduct daily field visits to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Meet with potential B2C and B2B clients to explain the benefits and cost savings of our solar energy solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors and channel partners.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solar product recommendations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with interested clients and assist them through the closing and onboarding process.
- Provide regular field sales reports to the management team.
- Candidate RequirementsEducation: Minimum 12th Pass.
- Experience: Open to all (Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply). Previous experience in the Energy & Power industry is a plus.
- Language Skills: Basic English and local language proficiency.
- Skills Needed: Basic understanding of B2B/B2C sales, SMB sales, or channel sales is advantageous.
- Additional Requirements: Must be comfortable with daily local travel and field meetings. Strong communication and convincing skills are essential.
