About Us: Hala Mobility Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is India’s pioneering multi-modal EV-sharing platform that provides affordable and sustainable last-mile transit. As a Field Recruiter, you’ll help expand our operations by onboarding riders, managing their live activation, and handling operations challenges on the ground. Key Responsibilities: • Rider Sourcing & Onboarding: Identify, screen, and recruit riders through local job drives, referral programs, physical outreach, and digital channels. • Live Status Management: Monitor riders’ app status to ensure they're activated ("live") on the platform; troubleshoot issues like app login, activation errors, or network problems that hinder live performance. • Wallet & Payout Coordination: Guide riders through wallet setup, recharge procedures, payout reconciliation, and address any delays or discrepancies efficiently. • Vehicle Issue Support: Liaise with operations or maintenance teams to resolve vehicle-related problems such as breakdowns, damages, or servicing needs—ensuring riders can work smoothly. • Recover Assets from Non-performing Riders: Proactively locate and recover company vehicles from riders who aren't active or performing, especially those under tenant agreements. Collaborate with internal operations and maintain proper documentation of recoveries. • Stakeholder Communication & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of onboarding, live status, wallet/payout issues, vehicle incidents, and recoveries. Provide regular updates to managers and coordinate with Ops, Finance, and Support teams. Required Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; graduates or candidates with experience in lastmile logistics or blue-collar field roles preferred. • Previous exposure to gig economy operations or shared mobility hiring is a plus. • Proficiency with smartphones and common apps, especially those used for recruiting or rider support. • Comfortable working independently in outdoor and dynamic environments
