Role Summary

The Recruitment Specialist for bulk hiring drives end-to-end mass recruitment cycles to meet aggressive organizational staffing targets. This role centers on fast-paced sourcing, high-volume candidate screening, organizing large interview drives, and closing high numbers of positions while maintaining strict hiring timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Volume Sourcing: Build massive candidate pipelines through job portals (Naukri, Indeed), social channels (LinkedIn), employee referrals, and targeted walk-in drives.
• Mass Screening: Conduct rapid high-volume telephonic or virtual preliminary interviews to evaluate basic eligibility, communication skills, and cultural fit.
• Drive Coordination: Plan, organize, and manage large-scale virtual or on-ground recruitment events and walk-in interviews.

• Offer Management: Handle roll-out of job offers, compensation discussions, and strict joining follow-ups to control drop-off rates.
• Metrics & Reporting: Maintain daily/weekly recruitment MIS dashboards, tracking metrics like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and daily selection numbers.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven hands-on experience in high-volume or bulk recruitment
• Education: Any degree.
