Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities

​1. Site Operations & Supervision

​Daily Field Visits: Regularly visit assigned locations, client sites, branches, or customer premises.

​On-Site Coordination: Supervise ground staff (e.g., security guards, housekeeping staff, or delivery agents) to ensure tasks are executed according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

​Issue Resolution: Handle ground-level disputes, staff absences, operational bottlenecks, or client complaints quickly.

​2. Data Collection & Reporting

​Record Keeping: Gather accurate data from field interactions, inspections, surveys, or audits.

​Daily Reporting: Submit daily/weekly MIS reports, attendance sheets, and updates to the operations manager or branch manager.

​3. Client & Stakeholder Liaison

​Customer Interaction: Act as the primary link between the company and ground stakeholders (clients, shop owners, borrowers, or partner agencies).

​Verification & Audits: Perform physical verification of addresses, documentation, or assets (common in microfinance, banking, and logistics).

​Payment Collection / Follow-ups: Follow up with clients regarding invoice payments, loan repayments, or service updates where applicable.
