Role Description The Field Marketing Representative is a full-time hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with a mix of on-site activities and some work-from-home flexibility. This role focuses on promoting MAAC’s courses and brand by engaging with prospective learners, schools, colleges, and community organizations through events, seminars, and outreach campaigns. The Field Marketing Representative will plan and execute local marketing initiatives, coordinate promotional materials, and track campaign performance to support lead generation and enrollments. The role includes building relationships with partners and prospects, providing accurate course information, and delivering a positive experience for potential students and their families. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve collaborating with the sales and academic teams, maintaining updated knowledge of MAAC programs, and representing the institute professionally at all external interactions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Field Marketing skills, including event coordination, local campaign execution, and on-ground brand promotion.
• Candidates should possess Relationship Building and Customer Service skills to engage prospective college representatives, students, families, and institutional partners effectively.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for presentations, counseling sessions, and follow-ups.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert leads into enrollments, manage inquiries, and support admission targets.
• Relevant experience in education, training, or media and entertainment marketing is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup, manage time independently, and travel locally within Hyderabad as required.
• Basic proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication platforms is preferred.
• Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
