Field Executive

About SafeCloakSafeCloak provides smart digital locker solutions for secure and convenient storage. We are looking for an Operations Executive who will be responsible for assisting customers with locker-related operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the lockers.

• Job ResponsibilitiesAssist customers with using SafeCloak digital lockers.
• Help customers with locker booking, opening, closing, and pickup-related issues.
• Monitor locker operations and identify technical or operational issues.
• Coordinate with the technical and maintenance team whenever an issue requires further assistance.
• Visit locker locations when required to check and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure lockers are available and functioning properly.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely assistance.
• Report damaged lockers, faulty doors, display issues, power problems, or other operational concerns to the concerned team.
• Maintain proper records of locker-related issues and actions taken.
• Support the operations team during emergencies or urgent locker-related issues.
• Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.
• Be flexible to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per operational requirements.
• Required SkillsGood communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and digital applications.
• Ability to understand and troubleshoot basic operational issues.
• Responsible and punctual approach toward work.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• Willingness to travel to locker locations when required.
• Basic technical understanding will be an added advantage.
• EligibilityMinimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates are preferred.
• Freshers can apply.
• Candidates with experience in operations, customer support, field work, or technical support will be preferred.
