Job Description

Job Summary

Manage customer queries and order operations to ensure a smooth ecommerce experience, from support to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via email, chat, phone, and marketplaces
  • Handle cancellations, returns, refunds, and complaints
  • Process and track orders from placement to delivery
  • Coordinate with logistics/courier partners for timely dispatch
  • Manage inventory updates and marketplace listings
  • Maintain reports on orders, returns, and support tickets
  • Follow SOPs and suggest improvements to reduce complaints

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 0–2 years in ecommerce support/operations
  • Familiarity with Shopify/Amazon/Flipkart and helpdesk tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk)
  • Good communication and Excel skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
