E-Commerce Executive – Job DescriptionRole: E-Commerce Executive
Experience: 0–2 years
Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory on e-commerce platforms.
- Process and track online orders, returns, and cancellations.
- Monitor sales performance and update products regularly.
- Coordinate with customers, warehouse, and delivery teams.
- Handle customer queries and resolve order-related issues.
- Prepare basic sales and inventory reports.
Skills: Good communication, basic computer knowledge, MS Excel, attention to detail, and knowledge of e-commerce platforms.
