Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesA. Social Media ManagementManage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Google Business Profile.
- Create and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Post Reels, Stories, Posts, Offers and Promotional Content.
- Write captions, hashtags and suitable CTAs.
- Respond to comments, enquiries and basic customer messages.
- Monitor followers, engagement, reach and enquiries.
- Identify trending Reels, audio, formats and content ideas.
- Coordinate with the sales/operations team for offers and promotions.
- B. Reels & Video ContentShoot videos using iPhone/mobile camera.
- Create short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.
- Edit promotional videos, customer testimonials and celebration videos.
- Add:
- Text
- Music
- Transitions
- Subtitles
- Logo
- Offers/pricing
- Call-to-action
- Create 15–60 second promotional Reels.
- Repurpose one video into multiple social-media formats.
C. Photo & Graphic DesigningThe candidate should be capable of creating professional marketing creatives such as:
- Instagram posts
- Stories
- Reels covers
- Offer posters
- Festival creatives
- Birthday/anniversary creatives
- Admission/education posters
- Event posters
- Banners
- WhatsApp promotional images
- Google Business creatives
