Digital Marketing Executive

Role Overview

Manage end-to-end digital presence including content creation, SEO, website maintenance, and analytics to drive organic growth across Google Search and other search engines.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & SEO

·        Develop and execute SEO strategies for Google Search and other search engines.

·        Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap identification using Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.

·        Implement on-page SEO: meta titles, descriptions, header tags, internal linking.

·        Monitor organic traffic, rankings, conversions; provide data-driven recommendations.

·        Stay updated with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI search trends.

Content Creation & Strategy

·        Create SEO-optimized content: blog posts, landing pages, product descriptions, email campaigns.

·        Develop content calendars aligned with business objectives and audience needs.

·        Produce multimedia content: short-form videos, infographics, webinars.

·        Ensure brand tone, messaging guidelines, readability, and conversion-focused structure.

Website Maintenance & Technical Management

·        Manage website content using CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, Webflow).

·        Perform routine audits to fix broken links, layout issues, performance bottlenecks.

·        Ensure responsiveness, speed optimization, mobile-friendliness.

·        Collaborate with developers on technical SEO (crawlability, indexation, structured data).

·        Maintain brand consistency across all web pages and digital assets.

Analytics & Reporting

·        Track KPIs: organic traffic, bounce rate, conversion rate, ROI using Google Analytics and Search Console.

·        Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

·        Run A/B tests on landing pages, CTAs, content formats to optimize performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

·        Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field.

·        3+ years in digital marketing, content creation, website management.

·        Proven SEO expertise: Google Search Console, keyword research, on-page optimization.

·        Proficiency with CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, Webflow) and basic HTML/CSS.

·        Strong writing, editing, storytelling skills with attention to detail.

·        Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush) and performance reporting.

·        Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

·        Experience with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI search platforms.

·        Knowledge of paid search (Google Ads) and social media advertising.

·        Basic video editing and graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

·        Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user experience (UX) principles.
