Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • In-Person Field Visits: Travel to assigned customer locations, addresses, or commercial spaces to discuss overdue bills, EMIs, or loan balances.
  • Debt Recovery & Negotiation: Persuade customers to clear dues, structure practical repayment schedules, or negotiate settlement terms within company guidelines.
  • Payment Collection: Collect cash, cheques, or digital/UPI payments on-site and issue proper receipts or acknowledgments.
  • Data & Trail Updates: Log every field visit, conversation outcome, payment promise, and customer update into the company's CRM or mobile application in real time.
  • Target Achievement: Meet monthly collection, recovery, and Overdue Bucket (OD BC) targets assigned by the manager.
  • Compliance & Ethics: Follow legal guidelines, financial regulations, and company codes of conduct while interacting with customers.
  • Reporting: Submit daily and weekly collection or field-visit reports to the team leader or branch manager.
