Job Description.  Good Communication  Handling Recovery portfolio & Team  Handling team of callers & Field Executives & agency coordination  Solving customers services and collection of EMI/Overdue  Managing Quality & TAT.  Dealing with agency & channel partners & communication across states.  Should be good in data analysis & financial analysis.  Planning and executing collection on a monthly basis to achieve collection efficiency  To monitor team performance periodically.  To Guide and lead the team towards achieving monthly targets.  Coordinating with agency resources and doing the call planning for better resolution, ensuring appropriate support to the agency on difficult cases & analyzing the problem.  Ensured timely service delivery as well as collections from the clients within the stipulated credit period while managing the distribution system of the company and maintaining smooth operations across the units.  Maintaining Reports and database. Requirement  Good knowledge of Excel.  Good communication skills Knowledge of Tracing
