Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle customer calls related to Airtel Wi-Fi and broadband services.
  • Assist customers with installation, connectivity, billing, and service-related queries.
  • Troubleshoot basic Wi-Fi and network issues.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.
  • Maintain good customer service and meet process quality standards.
  • Follow company guidelines and achieve assigned performance targets.


Candidate Requirements:

• Good verbal communication skills.

• Customer-service-oriented approach.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Fresher and experienced candidates can apply, depending on the hiring requirement.

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
