Job Title: Customer Support Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our customer support team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, and be proficient in providing support via both voice and non-voice channels. This role requires a dedicated individual who can handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience. The position offers a complete day shift with Sundays off.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Provide information about products, services, offers, and policies.
- Resolve product or service related issues.
- Able to handle multiple task's.
- Effectively communicate with internal teams, facilitating swift issue resolution and collaboration.
- Should be excellent in both English & Hindi.
- Basic knowledge in MS office.
