Job Description

Lead Management: Capture, filter, and assign incoming prospective buyer leads from websites, social media, and walk-ins to sales teams.

Tracking: Monitor vehicle booking statuses, variant allocations, waiting periods, and delivery priorities within the database.

Customer Communication: Oversee multi-channel messaging (texts, emails, calls) for post-sale check-ins, warranty details, and safety features.

After-Sales Service Coordination: Schedule routine maintenance appointments, send automated service reminders, and track repair or parts history
