Job Description

Job Description:

We are looking for a customer-friendly and responsible Customer Care Executive for our laundry and dry-cleaning chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and enquiries.
  • Book home pickups and coordinate deliveries.
  • Provide order status updates and follow up on pending orders.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with multiple outlets and delivery teams.
  • Maintain customer records and encourage repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Pleasant attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills.
