Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers politely.
- Take customer orders accurately.
- Pack sweets, snacks, and other products neatly.
- Weigh products according customer requirements.
- Handle POS billing and cash/UPI payments.
- Explain products and help customers choose items.
- Check the quantity and quality of packed orders before handing them over.
- Keep the sales counter clean and organized.
- Coordinate with the kitchen/packing team when required.
- Maintain proper hygiene and follow shop procedures.
Requirements:
- Good customer-handling and communication skills.
- Telugu preferred; Hindi/English is an advantage.
- Basic calculation and billing knowledge.
- Previous sweet shop, bakery, restaurant, retail, or counter-sales experience is preferred.
- Freshers can also apply if they are willing to learn.
- Honest, punctual, polite, and responsible.
