Job Description
Lead Generation and Prospecting: Find new business leads through cold calling, professional networking, industry events, and digital channels.
Client Relationship Management: Build trust and maintain regular contact with corporate decision-makers to secure repeat business and long-term contracts.
Sales Presentations and Pitches: Demonstrate product or service value through formal presentations tailored to a client's specific business needs.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to finalize deals that meet company revenue targets.
Pipeline Management: Track all sales activities, customer interactions, and deal stages accurately using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Market Research: Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and industry changes to spot new sales opportunities.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction
