Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate business leads.
  • Identify potential customers interested in commercial properties.
  • Explain property details, project specifications, pricing, and investment opportunities.
  • Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
  • Schedule client meetings and site visits for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
  • Achieve assigned calling targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in commercial real estate.
  • Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
  • Strong client-handling and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to generate and qualify leads.
  • Basic computer knowledge and experience maintaining lead records.
  • A target-oriented approach with a professional attitude.
