Job Summary
Role: CNC Turning Operator
Responsible for operating CNC Turning machines to manufacture precision aerospace and defence components while ensuring quality, productivity and safety.
Key Responsibilities·
Operate CNC Turning machines.
· Read engineering drawings.
· Perform tool offset corrections.
· Conduct in-process inspection using Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge and Height Gauge.
· Maintain quality, productivity and 5S.
· Report machine abnormalities immediately.
Required Skills·
Fanuc/Siemens Controls
· Engineering drawing reading
· Precision measuring instruments
· Machining tolerances
· Cutting tools
Qualification
ITI (Turner/Machinist/Fitter) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience
1–5 years in Aerospace, Defence or Precision Manufacturing.
Role: CNC Milling Operator
Job Summary
Responsible for operating 3, 4 & 5 Axis CNC Milling machines for precision aerospace components.
Key Responsibilities·
Operate CNC Milling machines.
· Load fixtures, tools and workpieces.
· Perform tool changes and offsets.
· Read drawings and process sheets.
· Conduct in-process inspection.
· Maintain machine cleanliness and safety.
Required Skills·
Fanuc/Siemens Controls
· 3/4/5 Axis machining
· Drawing interpretation
· GD&T (preferred)
· Cutting tools
Qualification
ITI (Turner/Machinist/Fitter) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience
1–5 years in Aerospace, Defence or Precision Manufacturing.
