Civil Site Project Engineer (Hyderabad)

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Layout & Surveying: Execute precise field site surveys and thoroughly interpret engineering 2D shop drawings to ensure accurate project execution. [1]
• Variance & Risk Management: Identify, document, and highlight discrepancies between site-conditions and approved shop drawings. Immediately escalate variations and impact alerts to both the client and corporate management.
• Site Administration: Manage all on-site documentation, including Daily Progress Reports (DPR), site diaries, and required engineering paperwork. [1]
• Labor & Progress Evaluation: Audit and evaluate the performance, output, and quality of work delivered by trade labor and subcontractors on a daily and weekly basis.
• Quantity Surveying & Billing: Calculate precise quantities of work completed to support the monthly billing cycle. Coordinate directly with the corporate finance team to compile, verify, and submit accurate monthly invoices. [1]
• Client & Stakeholder Relations: Represent the company at formal site progress meetings. Act as the primary point of contact for client interactions, engineering clarifications, and bill submissions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Site Engineer, Site Supervisor, or Technical Coordinator.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading/interpreting CAD shop drawings and operating site survey instruments.
• Competencies: Strong commercial acumen regarding quantity measurement, excellent communication skills for client management, and strict attention to project timelines
