Job Description
Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site workers.
Check measurements and prepare daily/weekly work progress reports.
Ensure proper quality of materials and workmanship.
Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment at the site.
Prepare and maintain measurement sheets, BOQ, and billing-related documents.
Coordinate with the client and consultants for site requirements and inspections.
Identify site issues and coordinate with the project team for timely solutions.
Ensure work is completed within the planned schedule.
Follow safety procedures and ensure safe working practices at the site.
Maintain proper site records, photographs, and work documentation.
