This is an entry-level, full-time position ideal for anyone looking to gain practical experience and build a career in CCTV systems, electronic security, and low-voltage wiring.Key ResponsibilitiesSite Preparation: Carry, unload, and organize equipment, tools, and materials at installation sites (cables, cameras, DVR/NVRs, ladders).Wiring & Cable Laying: Assist in laying, pulling, and routing CCTV cables (LAN/Coaxial) through conduit, PVC pipes, casing, or false ceilings.Camera Mounting: Help install and mount cameras, junction boxes, and power supply units on walls or ceilings under senior supervision.Tool Handling: Use basic hand and power tools safely (drills, wire strippers, crimping tools, pliers, screwdrivers).Technician Support: Hold ladders, hand over tools, organize site work areas, and clean up debris after the installation or repair work is completed.Testing & Checking: Assist in basic testing of cables, power supplies, and checking camera angles during setup.Key Requirements & SkillsEducation: Minimum 10th pass, 12th pass, or ITI diploma (Electrical/Electronic trade is a plus).Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in electrical helper or cabling work.Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physical tasks, lift equipment, climb ladders, and work on-site throughout the day.Attributes: Good attitude, quick learner, punctual, and willing to follow instructions from lead technicians.Travel: Willingness to travel across local site locations during shift hours.BenefitsFixed Monthly SalaryDaily Travel / Fuel Allowance (TA)On-the-job training to learn CCTV installation and networking skillsGrowth opportunities to advance into a full-time CCTV Lead Technician role
