Job Description

Business development Executive / Academic CounsellorClinedify Research Institute is looking for a target-driven Inside Sales Executive / Academic Counsellor to convert student enquiries into course admissions.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesCall and follow up with leads from Meta Ads, Google Ads, website, and other sources.
  • Counsel students about Clinical Research and Life Sciences courses.
  • Explain course benefits, fees, training, and career support.
  • Handle objections and convert interested leads into admissions.
  • Maintain lead details and follow-up status in CRM/Google Sheets.
  • Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
  • Requirements0–3 years of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Counselling, or Business Development.
  • Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills can apply.
  • Good English communication; Telugu/Hindi is an advantage.
  • Confident, target-oriented, and strong in follow-ups and closing.
