Location: Chandanagar, Hyderabad💼 Job Type: Full-TimeWe are looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to handle sales, customer follow-ups and business growth for our premium car detailing studio.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle enquiries for PPF, Ceramic, Graphene & Detailing servicesCall and follow up with new leadsConvert leads into walk-ins and confirmed bookingsAttend customers at the studio and explain packagesPrepare quotations and negotiate to close salesFollow up with existing and potential customersCoordinate with the detailing team for customer updatesMaintain daily lead, follow-up, booking and sales reportsWork towards monthly revenue targetsBuild relationships with car dealers, showrooms and other referral partnersSupport promotional campaigns and local business developmentRequirementsGood communication & convincing skillsTelugu, Hindi & English preferredSales/business development experience preferredAutomobile/detailing industry experience is an advantageStrong follow-up and closing skillsBasic knowledge of WhatsApp, CRM and ExcelMust be target-oriented and responsible💰 Salary: Based on experience + Performance Incentives🎯 Industry: Automotive / Car Detailing / Car CareJoin GO CERRAMIC and grow with Hyderabad’s premium vehicle protection & detailing business
