Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive to promote and sell digital marketing solutions to businesses. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, meeting business owners, understanding their marketing needs, and offering services such as SEO, social media marketing, Google Ads, website development, and lead generation solutions.

• Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals.
• Meet business owners, SMEs, retailers, and corporate clients to pitch digital marketing services.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable marketing solutions.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with the digital marketing team for project onboarding and execution.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in CRM.
• Gather market intelligence and competitor information.
