Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate B2B leads and identify companies with active hiring requirements.
  • Reach out to HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, HR Heads, and decision-makers.
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and online research.
  • Understand client hiring requirements and introduce the company's staffing and recruitment services.
  • Schedule meetings with potential clients and convert prospects into business opportunities.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and build a strong client pipeline.
