Qualifications

  • Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with 0 - 1 years of experience identifying and converting prospective clients.
  • Solid understanding of business and account management principles, including relationship building and retention strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, including clear presentation abilities and professional client interaction in person, over phone, and online.
  • Prior experience in education, test-prep, or healthcare-related services is beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple priorities, and meet defined targets and timelines.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, basic data analysis, and reporting on sales pipelines and outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
