Business Development Executive

1.     Business Development & Client Acquisition

·        Identify and approach Builders, Architects, Consultants, and Site Engineers for new business opportunities

·        Conduct regular site visits and client meetings to generate leads and build strong relationships

·        Develop and maintain a robust project pipeline within the assigned territory

2.     Sales Execution & Project Closure

·        Present company capabilities, products, and solutions to prospective clients

·        Lead project pitching and drive end-to-end sales closure

·        Handle techno-commercial discussions including pricing, specifications, and negotiations

3.     Client Relationship Management

·        Act as a single point of contact for clients from project initiation to completion

·        Maintain continuous engagement with clients for smooth execution and repeat business

·        Handle client queries, concerns, and escalation effectively

4.     Coordination with Internal Teams

·        Coordinate between Sales, Design, and Execution teams for seamless project handover

·        Ensure all project requirements are clearly communicated to internal teams

·        Align with site teams to track progress and ensure client expectations are met

5.     Payment Follow-up & Commercial Control

·        Ensure timely collection of payments as per agreed milestones

·        Regularly follow up with clients on outstanding payments

·        Support in resolving billing-related issues in coordination with accounts
