Opportunity: Business Development Executive – Aluminium Doors & Windows
Location: Hyderabad (Focus: Kokapet, Neopolis, Jubilee Hills, Gachibowli, Tellapur, Mokila)
Engagement: fulltime/ Commission-Based / Independent Contractor (Flexible hours)
About the Opportunity:
We are expanding our presence in Hyderabad for premium architectural aluminium doors and windows (high-performance sliding systems, casements, slimline profiles, and villa systems).
We are looking for well-connected, independent sales professionals who already interact with architects, interior designers, structural engineers, builders, and high-net-worth villa owners.
What You Bring:
2+ years of exposure in building materials, interior products, fenestration (aluminium/uPVC), architectural hardware, or glass.
Active connections with residential architects, PMC contractors, or villa site owners across Hyderabad and surrounding corridors.
Strong negotiation and client relationship skills.
What We Provide:
Fast Estimations: Dedicated design and BOQ team turning around quotes within 24–48 hours.
Technical & Site Support: Site measurement, technical detailing, and installation backed fully by our engineers.
Transparent Payouts: High-percentage commission per realized order value, paid directly against client milestone receipts.
Product Samples: Handheld profiles, catalogs, corner joints, and finishes provided to showcase to architects.
Earning Potential:
Commission: 3% to 5% of Net Contract Value (average order sizes range from ₹5 Lakhs to ₹35+ Lakhs per villa/project; ₹25,000 to ₹1,50,000+ per deal).
Optional monthly milestone bonus on achieving quarterly targets.
