Job Description

SBI Credit Card – Branch Relationship ExecutiveRoles and Responsibilities

  • Visit bank branches and build good relationships with branch staff.
  • Explain SBI Credit Card benefits and features to customers.
  • Generate credit card leads through branch referrals.
  • Help customers complete credit card application forms.
  • Verify customer documents and submit applications for processing.
  • Follow up on applications and resolve customer queries.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain daily sales reports.
  • Provide good customer service and coordinate with the bank team.

Key Skills: Communication, customer handling, relationship management, lead generation, and sales target achievement.
