Fry Piece Biryani Cook Master


Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Fry piece Biryani Master to manage an assigned kitchen section and ensure consistent food quality, timely preparation and smooth service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the assigned kitchen section.
  • Prepare and cook dishes according to standard recipes and quality standards.
  • Supervise Commis Chefs and kitchen assistants.
  • Ensure proper mise en place before every service.
  • Maintain food quality, portion control and presentation.
  • Monitor stock levels and minimise food wastage.
  • Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation and food-safety standards.
  • Coordinate with the Head Chef and other kitchen sections during service.
  • Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required.
