Job Description

We are hiring for the position of Associate Manager at IDFC FIRST Bank.

Eligibility:

  • Any Graduate (UG/PG)
  • Age: Below 26 years only
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Acquire new customers for the bank.
  • Promote savings accounts, current accounts, and other banking products.
  • Cross-sell loans, insurance, and investment products.
  • Assist customers with account opening and KYC documentation.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.
  • Achieve monthly business targets while ensuring compliance with bank policies.
