Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Corporate Sales

• The Area Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing sales operations within a specific geographic area or territory to achieve sales targets, expand market share, and deliver exceptional service to clients.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans
• Dealer Profiling: Define criteria for ideal dealer partners based on factors such as location, market reach, reputation and alignment with your brand values.
• Proposal and Negotiation: Present a formal proposal outlining the terms and conditions of the dealership agreement.
• Negotiate terms and address concerns or objections
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Collaborate with the sales department to develop targeted sales strategies
• Territory Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis and assessment of the assigned territory. Identify potential business opportunities.
• Develop territory coverage plans and sales routes to optimize sales opportunities and maximize efficiency.
• Monitor market trends to adjust sales strategies and tactics accordingly.
• To consistently meet or exceed sales targets
• Conducting onsite training for dealerships
• Compliance and Ethics: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
• Uphold high standards of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct in interactions with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
