Job SummaryWe are looking for a confident, friendly, and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to manage parent enquiries, explain school offerings, coordinate campus visits, and convert prospective parents into admissions. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to achieve admission targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle parent enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in visits.
• Explain the school’s curriculum, academic programs, facilities, fee structure, and admission procedures.
• Understand parents’ requirements and guide them in selecting the right programs for their children.
• Schedule and coordinate school campus visits and meetings with parents.
• Follow up regularly with prospective parents to convert enquiries into admissions.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, campus visits, and confirmed admissions.
• Coordinate with the school management, teachers, and administration team for admission documentation.
• Assist parents with application forms, required documents, and admission formalities.
• Achieve monthly enquiry conversion and admission targets.
• Provide a positive and professional experience to parents throughout the admission process.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong counselling, convincing, and follow-up skills.
• Good telephone etiquette and parent-handling abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and data entry.
• Ability to maintain records and manage multiple enquiries.
• Target-oriented approach with strong coordination skills.

Qualifications and ExperienceEducation:

• Any graduate; a degree in Education, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in school admissions, educational counselling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also apply.
