Admission Counsellor

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Admission Counsellor to join our study abroad team. This role is suitable for freshers and recent graduates who are interested in international education and student counselling.

The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective students, understanding their requirements, providing basic study-abroad information, following up with leads, and supporting the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to students from leads/database provided by the company.

Speak with students and parents to understand their education background, career goals, preferred country, course and budget.

Explain study-abroad opportunities, especially UK university and course options.

Generate interest and convert leads into counselling appointments/applications.

Follow up regularly with students through phone calls and WhatsApp.

Maintain accurate student and lead information in the company's CRM/database.

Track daily calling, follow-ups and lead status.

Coordinate with senior counsellors and the admissions team for further processing.

Assist students with basic documentation requirements and application procedures.

Maintain regular communication with students throughout the admission process.

Meet assigned daily calling, follow-up and conversion targets.

Stay updated on university courses, intakes, eligibility requirements and study-abroad processes.
