Job Description
We’re looking for an energetic, friendly and people-oriented Front Desk Manager to be the face of Chakra and ensure every customer has a great experience. The role involves managing the front desk and CRM, welcoming and assisting customers, helping first-time riders with bike setup and clipping into the pedals, handling bookings and customer queries, making follow-up calls to leads and existing members, and supporting day-to-day studio operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be organised and proactive, comfortable with technology and CRM systems, and have a genuine interest in fitness and hospitality. Experience in customer service, fitness, wellness or hospitality is a plus.
