Job Description

Administration Manager – Two Wheeler Showroom (TVS)

  1. Manage daily administration of the showroom, workshop and office.
  2. Coordinate with vendors, negotiate rates and follow up on deliveries.
  3. Maintain sales, insurance, RTO and service documentation.
  4. Ensure compliance with licenses, GST and TVS audit requirements.
  5. Track petty cash, bills and monthly admin expenses.
  6. Coordinate with sales and service teams to resolve customer issues.
  7. Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports for management.
  8. Experience: Automobile dealership experience preferred.
  9. Skills: Vendor communication, MS Office, documentation, basic accounting, team coordination.
